Karmelia was founded on the desire to achieve Sustainable Innovative Solutions across a diverse collection of businesses. After a thorough evaluation of the labor market in Botswana, we made the strategic decision to expand into the country, starting in Gaborone and now expanding to Francistown, Palapye, and Maun, with plans to serve all of Botswana.

Our History
Karmelia Group Limited was established through a desire to achieve Sustainable Innovative Solutions through better administrative control of its large collection of businesses which collactively become Karmelia Group.
Karmelia was incorporated early in 2015, after thorough evaluation of the labour market within Botswana. A strategic decision was taken by Karmelia Board of directors to expand into the country, initially to be represented in Gaborone then Francistown then Palapre and later on Maun, and soon to expand to the rest of Botswana.
Through the collactive efforts put together by our subcideiry companies we arechive a collection of Sustainable Innovative Solutions and services being, Human Resource Consultancy, Corporate Training, General Supplies, Cleaning & Landscaping , and finally, Construction.
