We are looking for waiters who are willing to work early morning, late evening, weekends and on holidays reporting to the supervisor. Applicants with experience in hotels, resorts, Models, lodges and resturants or qualification in hospitalilty industry will have an added advantage.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Greet customers, present menus and explain daily specials to customers
• Answer questions related to menu items and make recommendations
• Take food and beverages orders to customers
• Prepare drinks and food garnishes
• Carry trays of food or drinks from kitchen to the dining tables
• Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish eating

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Cambridge certificates

EXPERIENCE

• Skills developed : Excellent communication , multitasking, customer service, conflict resolution and working well under pressure .
• Physical and Mental Demands: long hours on your feet, navigating busy environments and managing stress.
• Daily Task: Greeting guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, handling payments, and menu knowledge.
• Dealing with varied customers types : from pleasent to demanding , requiring patience and professionalism
